Welcome to Elektas webshop for give aways. All prices in the webshop are in SEK and your purchases as well as shipping costs will be invoiced to your department.

Articles are stocked at the warehouse in Stockholm and the current stock level is visible on each item.

HOW TO ORDER
To order the promotional products in this webshop, you need to have an account. For information on how to register, please click on Contact.

Log in. Click on the product you wish to order. Enter the desired quantity of the product and click "Add to Cart". At the top left of the page you can see the contents of your shopping cart. When finished shopping, click 'Checkout' and check/complete your contact information. After submitting your order, a copy of the order will be sent to your e-mail address. Good luck!

Art4m cares about you as a customer and your personal privacy. On this page you can read about our privacy policy and how we handle personal data according to the Personal Data Act, which is based on the EU rules on data protection (GDPR) valid from May 25, 2018. The Personal Data Act includes all types of information about personal data that can directly and indirectly attributed to a natural person.

Personal information that Art4m may have about you as a customer:

• Name and possibly title
• Contact information
• Personal number (for example, if you have an individual company or have showed identification when purchasing / receiving goods)
• Password (in case your company has a customer shop with us where you have login as a user or administrator)

Normally, we do not handle so-called sensitive personal data.

How and why we use all or part of your personal information:

In order to manage a customer project (from a first inquiry, to a quote, order, purchase, delivery and invoicing), important information about the ordering company and the contact persons involved are recorded in our business system. This information is deleted after 7 years.
Credentials can be requested when delivering goods.

In our internal CRM system, names, title, contact information (telephone number and email address) and any notes about activities, reconciliation meetings, tests etc. that we conduct with our customers are saved. Art4m's sales and finance staff have access to the customer register that is in the ERP system.

Mail addresses are stored in our register for newsletters and other information. This register is updated prior to each mailing. You can easily unregister yourself - by clicking on the unregister link at the bottom of the email, your email address will be removed for future mailings.

Art4m does not share any personal information with third parties, except where it is necessary for subcontractor and freight forwarder to complete a specific order or delivery.

We save personal information about you as a customer as long as there is a customer relationship and as long as it is necessary for archiving purposes and to fulfill the accounting obligation in the Accounting Act.

Agreement etc.
Registration and management of personal data related to different types of agreements (but only the information needed to fulfill the agreement). Examples of agreements are employment contracts, customer agreements and supplier agreements.

For your security, our websites are so-called secure websites with SLL certificates and 2096-bit encryption (https), so that orders, logins and forms can be used safely.
